Course Description

There are many perspectives through which we human beings make sense of our world and the organizations with which we interact. How we view our place in the world and how we view others influences the way we perceive our own well being, and the attitudes and behaviors of others, in turn enabling us to understand human interactions. Perspectives introduced in this course are universal human needs and fears, natural tendencies to simplify and categorize, and how we come to have preferences for dealing with circumstances. New competencies will be gained to strengthen the leader-follower dynamic with others, within organizations and in society in general.
