Course Description

This course emphasizes the theory and principle concepts of leadership through organizational learning. Organizational learning focuses on an organization's ability to learn and remove barriers to growth by focusing on the detection and correction of errors. Students relate course topics to a variety of organizations, educational entities, school and teaching experiences through individual and group activities that facilitate the nature of key instructional leadership functions. The central premise relates to understanding the principles and the implementation of organizational learning core values into a variety of organizations and entities.
