Course Description
Power and influence are the primary components of leadership without which leaders are incapable of leading. People exercise influence in explicit and implicit ways, and this course is designed to explore these ways in the context of organizational effectiveness, leadership and followership, goal accomplishment, interpersonal dynamics, and ethics; topics will also include abuse of power, power negotiation, and persuasion.
