Welcome to Robert Morris University Housing!

As a New Incoming Freshman or Transfer student you are able to select your building preferences as well as request a specific roommate. Please complete the Housing Contract and $500 non-refundable deposit using the Submit button below. Contracts are available online starting Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Please submit your housing contract and deposit online by May 1, 2018 for best chance of preferred housing and roommate.

Please note: By submitting a housing contract and deposit a student is eligible to live on campus; however, it does not guarantee the student will receive a particular space in housing.

Housing assignments are e-mailed to students in late July 2018. Please understand that housing assignments can change at any time for any number of reasons. We will do our best to keep you updated. Students are also able to log into their housing contract at any time and see their housing assignment and roommate information.

Please use the red button below to submit your online housing contract.

Residency Requirement

The campus residency requirement is a University policy. As such, compliance is a condition of a student's enrollment to Robert Morris University. Students who are included in the Campus Residency Policy must do one of the following:

  • Complete a University housing contract online
  • Be accepted to live in a University-approved residence
  • Complete a Residency Waiver Request Form and have it approved by the Director of Residence Life

Current & Returning Students

In order to live in campus housing in Fall 2018, students must participate in the housing selection process in Spring 2018 through the online housing portal. The steps for participation in the Housing Selection Process are:

Submit a housing contract and housing deposit via the online housing portal by Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

All students who participate in the housing selection process, including student-athletes and students who receive scholarships, are required to submit a non-refundable $250 housing deposit. The deposit may be submitted online along with the housing contract or at the Office of Student Financial Services in Revere Center.

In extreme circumstances, financial hardship waivers are available for students who cannot afford to pay the deposit. To request a waiver form and inquire about the waiver process, students may contact the Office of Student Financial Services at 412-397-6260. In order to participate in room selection, the student must obtain a waiver approval by Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

Students who are required to live on-campus but have not submitted a housing contract and the $250 deposit by March 13, 2018, will be assigned a space in one of the remaining housing locations available.

Please use our Room Selection Guide to help guide you through the process.
