Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program

As part of its continuing commitment to provide industry leading support, services, and educational opportunities for veterans, Robert Morris University is proud to be one of the region’s only institutions participating in the newly announced Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program (VRRAP) in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

VRRAP is a special program created to provide veterans who are unemployed due to COVID-19 with education and training for high demand careers. Veterans who qualify for the program can receive up to 12 months of tuition and fees and a monthly housing allowance based on Post-9/11 GI Bill® rates.

Qualifying veterans can pursue any of the following RMU certificate programs at no out of pocket cost:

  • Project Management
  • Sales
  • Mobile Forensics & Security
  • Advanced Additive Manufacturing
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Leadership Development
  • Non-Profit Leadership
