Simulation Instruction and Management
Nurses who aspire to leadership must advance their professional communication and management skills to impact organizational change and innovation in healthcare networks. RMU offers a menu of 9-credit online nursing leadership certificates that can be completed as standalone stackable credentials or incorporated into an M.S.N. in Nursing Leadership.
The simulation instruction and management certificate program is taught by leading experts in healthcare simulation, and offers health sciences educators the opportunity to learn effective strategies for simulation facilitation, instruction, and leadership. This includes integrating best practices standards, incorporating measurement and evaluation methods, determining funding priorities, utilizing TeamSTEPPS training, and exploring simulation lab technologies.
