School of Communications and Information Systems

Making A Difference Through Effective Communication

Good communication is key in any line of work. Information travels fast, and everyone is trying to be heard. You need to be clear and creative in order to break through the din.

RMU’s School of Communications and Information Systems focuses on designing, delivering, and interpreting information in a variety of forms, and safeguarding and improving the technology for sharing it. Programs like cyber forensics and data analytics prepare students for high-demand fields, while media arts, English, and communication students can develop their creative technique in modern facilities like the Academic Media Center, Writing Center, Colonial Theatre, and the extensive studio and gallery space of Wheatley Center.

Bachelor’s degree programs in Cyber Forensics & Information Security, Information Sciences and Computer Information Systems are ABET-CAC accredited.
