The B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Sports Communication prepares students to deliver and manage sports content through various types of media. Through the arrangement of Communication and Media Arts classes along with a suggested minor in Sports Management, students become proficient in writing, speaking, and production methods and have the opportunity to work in RMU Sentry Media, RMU Radio, or RMU-TV.

Graduates go on to careers in sports media and communication industries, including social media management, broadcasting, television production, sports reporting, and sports information or promotion.
