Join us in the RISE Center at RMU to define, address and develop mitigation techniques to
combat incidents of incivility and bullying in your workplace using evidence-based practice tools TeamSTEPPS® and Cognitive Rehearsal.  During this simulation-based seminar,
participants will practice using tools together in a group setting and then take what they have
learned and apply it in a simulated environment with our actors.   You will walk away with
experience, coaching, and perhaps a new network of colleagues committed to addressing these
unfortunate behaviors in our work environments.
