Psychology is a dynamic and growing major at Robert Morris University.
96% of Psychology B.S. grads over the past 3 years report working or in grad school full time. 100% of Psychology graduates 2013-15 who are in graduate school report that it is one of their top two choices, and for 90% of them it was their first choice.
There are number of avenues for student engagement in psychology at Robert Morris. The Psychology Club at RMU provides opportunities for students interested in psychology to explore their passions for the field. The Western Pennsylvania Undergraduate Psychology Conference gives students the opportunity to present research annually. Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology, has an active student chapter at RMU (their newsletters are here). Every year RMU Psychology students put on an event for high school students that explores different areas of psychology, an event called "Psych in a Box."
The Psychology program is advised by an Advisory Board of local professionals.
