Course Description

MSL-3 will provide the cadet with instruction and practical experience in tactical and technical military topics. The entire year will emphasize leadership development and application. The course content is structured from the Officer Foundation Standards (OFS) and instructional guidance from the United States Army ROTC Cadet Command.
