CI331 - Advanced M Programming
Fall 1997
This course provides the student with experience to design and implement interactive multi-user applications in M environments. M associative global arrays (globals) are emphasized, including design strategies and techniques for cross-indexing, sorting, and searching. Development and documentation of large applications are addressed through hands-on experiences. Other topics covered are error handling and concurrency control. Experience with FileMan databases, routines, and globals is also provided. M systems compliant with the current ANSI/MDC X11 standard are used.
