EL404 - Air Transportation & Logistics
Fall 1999

deals with the quantitative and qualitative analyses of planning, coordination, and executing activities that exist with a global aeronautic/aerospace environment. Special emphasis is placed on the cost accounting, reliability and availability, and management of core production and control decision activities. These activities include capacity planning, product design, layout of facilities, site selection, quality assurance, fleet planning, inventory, scheduling, and project management as they relate to air transportation and logistics. 3 credits
Prerequisite: EG304 or permission of the department head
