INFS2413 - Records Administration Fall 2012 This course provides the student with the ability to plan, organize, and control integrated records retention systems in an electronic office. The student develops an awareness of the increasing use of database management software in the control of business records. Students complete simulated activities using database software to electronically create, store, retrieve, manipulate, and process information. Software proficiency in database is required. 3 Credits
