INFS4220 - Data Mining Applications
Fall 2012 This course offers the student an overview of data mining with emphasis placed on using data mining as an appropriate problem-solving strategy. The statistical techniques behind the wide variety of data mining tools available are explored. Various software packages, such as MSExcel, SPSS, or Cognos may be used with case problems to give the student hands-on experience. Prerequisite: STAT2110 3 Credits |
