The modern workplace has been undergoing dramatic transformations. Technology advancement and globalization have accelerated the demand for changes and adaptations regarding how we view work and experience work. This course will present critical future trends and challenges involving people, work, and careers. We aim to help our students develop essential social skills and get ready for their career in such transformations. Topics such as designing work people love, building network, career strategies, negotiation, and work in teams.
