MGMT4180 - Quality Management/Assurance

Spring 2024

The course is intended to introduce students to the philosophy, concepts, and tools of quality management. Principles involved in managing quality systems will be discussed. It will cover continuous improvement, quality tools, quality standards, quality costs and measurement, benchmarking, quality function deployment, statistical process control, reliability, process improvement, six sigma programs, and related topics.
Prerequisites: MGMT3540: Operations Management
