Course Description

This is the capstone course which focuses on the principles and techniques of strategic management as they relate to nonprofit organizations. Students, through readings, case analysis, on-line directed group discussions, instructor consultations, and independent study, are expected to demonstrate an understanding of the theory, principles and techniques of strategy development and implementation by creating a strategic plan or an original case for a nonprofit organization.
