ASCI4110 - Life Contingencies II

Spring 2024

This course helps the student become familiar with the basic mathematical principles underlying various advanced contingent insurance arrangements. Concepts considered include multiple state models, multiple life functions, and multiple decrement models. Other advanced topics related to the modeling of survival models and life-contingent instruments may also be explored. Proficiency in spreadsheet software is necessary.
