MBAD 6193 Project Management A project is as a one-time or infrequently occurring operation with a unique goal, limited lifespan, and limited resources. Projects are increasingly being used to organize work in today?s organizations, leading to a demand for those with the knowledge and skills to understand and manage them. This course covers project management roles and environments, the project life cycle, and various tools and techniques used for project planning, scheduling, control, and evaluation.
