Withdrawal and Refund Policy: A full refund will be granted if the RMU Corporate Programs is notified of withdrawal at least five business days prior to the start of a training session. No refund will be granted if an individual fails to attend or notify RMU Corporate Programs five days prior to the event.  An individual may transfer his/her registration to another individual without penalty but must notify RMU Corporate Programs at least one business day prior to the start of the training session.

Cancellation Policy: RMU Corporate Programs reserves the right to cancel any training session. If a training session is canceled, a full refund of fees or credit toward another class will be given, per the registered individual’s preference.  Such refunds or fee transfers will complete RMU Corporate Programs liability for canceled training sessions.  Please allow three to four weeks for processing of refunds.

Discounts: Discounts for individual training session fees may be available for individuals who are members of certain organizations.  Discounts cannot be applied when registering online, so please call 412-397-6383 or email  to register when using a discount, or to receive information about discounts.
