Alpha Psi Omega

Alpha Psi Omega is a National Theatre Honor Society for participants in collegiate theatre.

It began in the early 20th century as result of the growing interest in dramatic arts among colleges and universities throughout America, with the aim of encouraging dramatic production at every step in a person’s academic career.

Membership is open to all RMU students, sophomore and above, who are in Colonial Theatre productions and enjoy working in areas including acting, technical theatre, design and stage management. Alpha Psi Omega members must have a 3.25 GPA and participate in fundraising to sponsor trips to the American College Theatre Festival and other theatre-related events.
