FOUR-YEAR ENGAGEMENT PLAN
Your journey to career readiness begins today!
The Four-Year Career Engagement Plan provides important action items to empower your career development. The steps in this plan will improve your ability to EXPLORE your strengths, interests and what RMU has to offer, ENGAGE with resources and professionals who can help you along the way, and gain EXPERIENCE through internships, jobs and professional events. All of these steps will help you to EXCEL towards an engaged, productive and successful career and life.
ACADEMIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
At RMU, we believe internships are an important part of your college experience. Internships enable you to get practical experience in an actual work environment while receiving academic credit. RMU has relationships with Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies, small businesses, social service agencies, hospitals, and many other organizations that offer our students opportunities to gain real-world experience and connections that in many cases, lead to job offers.
