ResumeAI

ResumeAI by Big Interview is a powerful tool designed to enhance your resume and increase your chances of landing that dream job.  Here’s how it works:

  1. Instant Feedback:  Think of ResumeAI as your personal professional resume reviewer.  It provides immediate feedback and pointers on how to improve your resume.  Get actionable advice within minutes.
  2. Scoring Criteria:  ResumeAI evaluates your resume based on key criteria:
    • Readability:  The Readability evaluator uses AI to assess contact information, key sections, spelling, and proper use of pronouns.
    • Credibility:  When employers read a resume, they look for critical keywords to determine if your background is a good fit for the position. It evaluates your education and experience sections and provides feedback and suggestions for skills relevant to your degree as well as skills and competencies commonly required for jobs in your field. This way, your resume shows not just what you did, but how well you did it.
    • Format:  There are some unspoken rules in resume formatting. Some creativity is allowed, but if your resume is too far off, it might get rejected.  Resume AI FORMAT checker looks at your font, margins, bullet point format, date format and length.  You get suggestions for how to make your resume look professional and easy to skim.
    • ATS Fit:  ATS Fit evaluates how well your resume matches the job description including job title, education, experience level, keyword, skills and competencies.   The AI feature shows where you're a match and also offers specific suggestions for improvement for where you aren't!
    • Resume AI helps you pinpoint what to add or remove from your resume to make sure it bypasses the ATS bots and gets seen by an employer. ATS FIT evaluates how well your resume matches the job.. It evaluates how it matches with keywords, skills, and competencies required by the prospective company.
  3. Why Use AI for Your Resume?  Most companies use AI for recruitment, so why not leverage the same technology?  ResumeAI won’t write your resume for you, but it provides personalized feedback and highlights areas for improvement.
