Moses joins RMU after serving as Deputy Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Advancement, Revenue Growth, and Competitive Strategy at Old Dominion University. During his tenure at ODU, he directed major initiatives across Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) strategy, revenue-sharing models, academic success, and corporate partnerships.

In addition to his administrative experience at the Division I level, Moses currently serves as Vice Chair of the NCAA Division I Committee on Academics and previously served as President of the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A). Before ODU, he held academic and administrative roles at the University of Missouri, Georgia State University, the University of South Florida, and Kansas State University.

A proud veteran of the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, Moses holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University, a master's degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University, and a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Development from Kansas State University.
