RMU Procurement is focused on center-led and customer focused procurement. We provide a procurement center of excellence (COE) focused on optimizing spend, strategic planning, best practices and knowledge sharing.

• Request a New Vendor or Sourcing Project
  A direct link to the Workday Purchasing Information Request Form.

• Food Truck Vetting
  A direct link to the Food Truck Vetting request form. Please complete this form when requesting a new food truck vendor for a campus event.

• Enter a Requisition
  If you already know the vendor and they have been vetted and approved by Procurement, please enter a requisition for purchase here, this will place your order directly with the vendor.

Tax-exempt Forms

• Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate - The Pennsylvania exemption certificate should be completed and provided to vendors when making purchases that qualify for tax exemption.

• Home Depot Tax-exempt Certificate - Please present this certificate to the cashier when making in-person purchases via Home Depot.

• Walmart - To qualify for tax-exempt status at Walmart, you must visit the customer service desk in person with a completed Pennsylvania exemption certificate. You will then be provided a card which you will present to the cashier when making your purchase.
