What are the requirements of the Class of 2028 & 2029?

Class of 2028 & 2029 students are required to complete the full RMU Ready program as a graduation requirement. Complete 7 out of the 10 competencies for a total of 700 points. To achieve completion of a competency, you must earn a minimum of 50 points through events and tasks, and an additional 50 points through the Academy, totaling 100 points.

What are the requirements of the Class of 2026 & 2027?

Class of 2026 & 2027 are required to earn 100 points in 2 competencies for a total of 200 points.  However all students are encouraged to complete academies and earn badges.  As you accumulate points and demonstrate proficiency, you’ll earn digital badges representing your mastery in a competency. These badges can be showcased on your LinkedIn profile, providing tangible evidence of your skills to potential employers.

What are the requirements for Transfer Students?

Undergraduate transfer students of any year that have entered the university in Fall 2025 and beyond are required to fully complete the program.  Those students who transferred in before then are required to earn 100 points in 2 competencies for a total of 200 points.

How does it work?

All students are able to earn badges by completing tasks, attending events and completing academies in the following 10 competencies

Where are my completed SET Activities?

SET activities that were recorded in Sentry have been moved to RMU Ready in the Suitable app.  If your SET activities were not recorded, you can request them to be added to RMU Ready in the Suitable app with this link.

How do I earn my points at an event?

If you attend an RMU Ready event, there will be a sign with a QR code for you to scan.  Your points will automatically be added to your Scorecard.

  • Sharing an event/activity QR code for the benefit of others constitutes a violation of the RMU Ready Program guidelines and the university's Student Code of Student Conduct and may result in disciplinary action.
  • Scanning an event QR Code outside of an event's scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of points for the event.

How do I earn my points for a task?

There are two ways to search for a task in the Suitable app.  

1) On your Dashboard, choose a Competency you would like to search, click on Earn 100 points and search the list of tasks.

2) Click on Your Activities (checkmark at the bottom of the screen) and search by keywords such as leader, RUNE, volunteer, etc.

What courses are eligible for RMU Ready Points?

How do I request for my activity to be RMU Ready eligible in Revolution?

When submitting your event in Revolution, under Event Categories, there are options for you to choose an RMU Ready Competency. Once submitted, it will be reviewed by Student Life for RMU Ready approval.  Once approved, it will be added to the Suitable app and you will be sent a QR code flyer to post at your event. The students will scan the QR code to receive points for attending your event.  

What should I do if I don't see all my SET activities in RMU Ready?

Simply send an email to ready@rmu.edu with your concerns.

How do I upload my badges to LinkedIn?

You can upload your badges from your phone or your laptop. Click on each to learn how.

How do I create a link to my Portfolio?

You can create a link to your portfolio to add to your resume, LinkedIn or anywhere you would want a potential employer to find it.

To create a link in the Mobile app

  • Click the icon at the bottom right of your screen
  • Select Scorecard
  • Toggle to Portfolio
  • Click the Pencil in the upper right corner
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the double pages icon to copy your Scorecard link

To create a link in the Web app

  • Click Scorecard on the left sidebar
  • Select Portfolio and Click Share
  • This will create the link.

How can I add independent work, not completed through RMU Ready, to my portfolio?

You can add work that you have done outside of the RMU Ready program to your portfolio in Suitable. Click this link to learn how.
