Do I have access to the RMU Ready program on the Suitable site?

Everyone should have the ability to log in using their RMU credentials. If you do not have the necessary access to the Dashboard, please email ready@rmu.edu. 

How can I view a Student’s Scorecard?

• Log into your Dashboard
• Click View Students in the “Total Students” box
• Input Student name or Banner ID into the search bar

What are the requirements for students in the Class of 2026 & 2027?

Their requirement is to earn 100 points in two competencies for a total of 200 points. However, they are strongly encouraged to participate as fully as possible.

What are the requirements for students who have entered the university Fall 2024 and beyond?

These students will participate in the full RMU Ready program.  The requirement is to complete 7 out of 10 competencies, earning 7 badges, for a total of 700 points.  To achieve completion of a competency, a student must earn a minimum of 50 points through events and tasks, and an additional 50 points through the Academy, totaling 100 points.

Are transfer students required to complete the RMU Ready program?

Undergraduate transfer students who have entered the university Fall 2025 and beyond are also required to complete the full RMU Ready program.  We will consider tasks and activities they may have completed at their previous institution to count toward their RMU Ready completion.  Students who have transferred in before then are required to earn 100 points in two competencies for a total of 200 points.  Students can contact ready@rmu.edu with any questions.

How can I request an Activity?

You can send your activity information (date, time, description) to ready@rmu.edu and we will add it for you.  

Or, you can create your own activity by following this instruction video (The video provides instructions for creating a Task. The directions for an Event are very similar, with the only difference being that you'll need to add a specific date and time.)

Here are the guidelines for determining both the appropriate point value and the relevant competency/competencies for each activity.

How can I get my QR code flyer for my event?

If we created your event, we will send you your QR code flyer.  If you submitted your own event, you will receive an email with the QR code.  You can drop that into this template, update the title and date of your event and print out your flyer.  QR codes are active 30 minutes before the event and 2 hours after the event.  Please only make the codes available to students during your event.  We would like to students to be aware of the following:

• Sharing an event/activity QR code for the benefit of others constitutes a violation of the RMU Ready Program guidelines and the university's Student Code of Student Conduct and may result in disciplinary action.
• Scanning an event QR Code outside of an event's scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of points for the event.

What courses are RMU Ready Point eligible?

These are the RMU Ready point eligible courses. Beginning in Fall 2025, points for RMU Ready eligible courses will be automatically awarded after the submission of grades each semester.
