This course develops skills required for international communication by exploring the visual and written challenges of communication with international audiences in academic and professional settings. Students analyze and adapt visual and written texts from abroad for an American audience and adapt texts by Americans for various specific international audiences such as academic lay or general. In addition students learn and practice skills required in qualitative research such as survey interview etc. needed for the honors thesis. Prerequisite: CSEN1025 or permission of the Director of the UHP
