This course provides an introduction to electrical and magnetic phenomena as well as an in-depth treatment of electrical circuit analysis. Transient and steady-state circuit behavior is explored using analysis methods and network theorems. Lectures connect electronics topics with everyday practical applications. Laboratory work emphasizes applying lecture principles with electronics lab equipment and software to solve real-world engineering problems. Prerequisites: PHYS2210 and PHYS22153 Credits
