This course will provide an overview of the management and execution of engineering projects. Directing and working within teams of engineers scientists and technical specialists who are brought together in project structures to plan design and construct engineered systems takes special skills and talents. In this course the student will be exposed to basics of staffing planning scheduling and project control.Prerequisite: 75 Credits3 Credits
