This course provides an in-depth treatment of the methods and techniques used for the implementation of automated device control both digital and analog. The student will achieve a mastery of both open and closed loop control methods and algorithms including sequencing control and potential/integral/derivative control. The student will gain hands-on experience with sensor technology computer-based data acquisition and control and programmable logic controllers.Prerequisite: 75 Credits3 Credits
