This course provides an overview of the simulation of manufacturing and industrial systems usingdiscrete event simulation software. The course covers fundamental concepts in discrete eventssimulation designing successful simulation projects and analyzing simulation results. It is designed toexpose students to the use of computer simulation for industrial systems design operational analysisand optimization using industry-accepted simulation software.Prerequisite: 75 Credits3 Credits
