Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that deals with building machines capable of performing complex tasks without human intervention. This course will introduce the basic concepts and techniques that support the design of intelligent computer systems. Topics include: intelligent agents searching problem solving logic knowledge and reasoning uncertainty machine learning natural language processing robotics and computer vision. Students will become familiar with the theory and mathematical concepts that are fundamental in developing and evaluating AI algorithms.Prerequisite: INFS 6140 Python Programming
