Brand managers are at the heart of successful organizations. They are by nature entrepreneurs and run a small business and and generally have profit and loss responsibility. The goal of this course is to prepare students to build brands and create an enduring advantage for their brands in the marketplace. The functions of product management and category management will also be covered as conceptually they share many of the functions of a brand manager.Prerequisite: MARK20003 Credits.
