Intense global competition has forced firms to use their marketing and logistical resources for better descriptive and predictive analytics in the decision-making process. Higher quality lower cost of service coupled with increased customer retention within the supply chain all customers within the supply chain are demanding improved performance and lower costs. By using variety of supply chain performance metrics (i.e. SCOR Balanced Scorecard Priszm approach) coupled with basic business analytics firms are developing supply chain strategies and logistical capabilities that serve the needs of their customers while optimizing overall profitability.Prerequisites: MARK3150 and STAT21103 Credits
