The course takes a three-level view of behavior focusing on individuals groups and organizations as complete systems. Through the use of team building exercises discussion case studies role playing and research students sharpen their abilities to understand and influence behavior within organizations. Experiential materials assist students in achieving greater self-awareness. Topics include personality characteristics motivation group behavior leadership power communication conflict and decision-making.
