Expands and refines the leader development process. This is an intensive program toprepare cadets for tasks skills and responsibilities associated with Leader Developmentand Assessment Course (LDAC). Cadets are trained and evaluated on the full range ofleadership skills and attributes. Written and oral communication skills motivationalbehavior interpersonal skills administrative procedures decision-making and militaryfield skills are emphasized.
