In this course students have an opportunity to develop further competence in the role of nurse educator. Students will use concepts from prerequisite education courses and critically evaluate knowledge and theory from nursing and other disciplines for relevance to nursing education. With the guidance of an expert preceptor students apply educational theory and best practice to discipline specific clinical teaching situations.3 Credits
