This introductory course explores major leadership and followership concepts and ethical reasoning in personal and professional contexts. Designed for students from all disciplines the course examines what it means to lead with integrity responsibility and purpose in a complex and rapidly changing world. The course covers three overarching themes: major theories of leadership; how leadership and followership is practiced and developed in personal and organizational contexts; and a practical framework for ethical reasoning drawing on key ethical traditions and applying them to real-world dilemmas.3 Credits
