This course is designed to combine social and behavioral theories and real life practices in group and organizational contexts. It will continue to build upon the leadership theories concepts and processes that were introduced in Applied Personal and Interpersonal Leadership Skills. In addition this course will focus more deeply on culture values learning mission and vision and team leadership in an organizational context. A focus area of this course is group and organizational leadership.
