This course provides students with hands-on skills and knowledge about how we think about complex decision problems and solve them. Students will be introduced to biases in our thinking and to the art and science of two general approaches about decision making rational and behavioral. Decisions are most often made with the influence of many factors that matter to decision makers or cannot be eliminated; it is not a strictly rational process. The process matters for critical decisions more than the result since the result of decisions are influenced by the environment. Students will learn a clear-thinking process that enables them to justify a decision and be able to explain potential decision errors. Students will apply new knowledge to correctly identify analyze graphically represent and solve a workplace or personal decision problem. Prerequisites: ORGL6000 and ORGL61003 Credits
