This course emphasizes leadership for recognizing and solving problems in organizations. Major aspects of organizational behavior include organizational structures and design perceptions culture motivation leadership styles decision making conflict and power managing relationships the application of which provide leaders or potential leaders knowledge about how to manage organizational life.Prerequisite: ORGL60003 Credits
