Organizational Change engages students as potential change agents in organizations and communities bridging the gap between visionary leadership and practical change implementation. The course examines the theoretical foundations research and practical applications required to lead transitions in a volatile organizational context. Students will explore how to implement effective change by evaluating the organization?s internal and external environment to determine change needs and readiness. The course also explores methods for aligning change initiatives with the organization?s mission culture and stakeholder needs and strategies for navigating the psychological and emotional nuances of change including overcoming resistance and fostering a culture of adaptability.Prerequisite: ORGL60003 Credits
