This course will help students develop a personalized set of strategies and skills that will help them be psychologically resilient manage common life stressors and optimize their academic and social experiences. Students will learn and practice a variety of healthy strategies and habits (e.g. mindfulness distress tolerance values & goals setting) and study the psychology behind why they?re effective.Note: This course is part one of a two-part curriculum.
