Balancing the Faculty Role (Scholarship, Service, Research & Workload): During this session, new faculty will learn about the expectations of the faculty role related to scholarship, service and research and how it makes up the faculty workload. Methods to help manage time and organize workload will be discussed to help new faculty members with finding balance in their positions.
