After 14 years of serving in the military and six years in law enforcement, John Fordyce was injured while in the line of duty. John needed to make a career change and he discovered RMU was the perfect place to make that happen.
“I was extremely impressed with how well RMU treats its veterans. Director David Ausman and the entire staff in the Center for Veterans in Military Families are incredible.”
After seven years in the workforce as a production engineer, moon township resident Kayla Williams decided to further her career with an MBA from Robert Morris. Thanks to the flexible online format, Kayla graduated with her MBA in two years while working full-time at BASF, the largest chemical producer in the world.
During her time at RMU, Kayla also made plenty of meaningful connections. “One of my favorite things about the MBA program was networking and meeting new people. I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned at RMU and the people I’ve met along the way.”
Matt is a senior at RMU studying business management & administration with a certificate in entrepreneurship and innovation!
He is currently interning with Walmart as an Intern Coach - Management.
How does this internship fit in with your future goals/career plan?
“This internship fits my future goals for my career by getting a hands-on experience managing a store with over 115 million dollars a year in sales, just from that individual location.”
Johnny graduated this May with a BSBA in Accounting. Now, he will be working full-time as a State and Local Tax Associate for RSM.
Johnny was a four-year member on the D1 men’s lacrosse team and a finalist for this year’s Presidential Transformational Award.

Neo graduated this past may with a bachelor of business administration in management and marketing. Now he’s working full-time at PITT OHIO as a Supply Chain Solutions Architect Trainee.
