How It Works

All students are able to earn badges by completing tasks, attending activities and completing academies in the following 10 competencies

  • Professionalism
  • Critical Thinking
  • Teamwork
  • Career & Self-Development
  • Technology
  • Equity & inclusion
  • Communication
  • Leadership
  • Service
  • Wellness

Each competency has a 50-point Career-Readiness Academy associated with it and must be completed to earn a badge in that competency.

Activities will be logged by scanning a QR code at the event.

Tasks and Activities can be searched on the Suitable site by competency or title.

Some activities and tasks may require an uploaded submission to be counted.

Student events added in Revolution may be eligible for RMU Ready points. (subject to approval)

Badges can be uploaded to a student's LinkedIn page for future employers to see. Students must create a LinkedIn account using their RMU email address if they do not already have one.

If a student does not have a Linkedin account, they can create a link to their RMU Ready portfolio and attach it to their resume.
