The certificate program in business analytics focuses on the fundamental concepts of data science and data mining as applied to business problems. Hands-on examples and real world business problems are used to look at how the use of analytics can create business value and prepare professionals to work effectively as liaisons between clients, IT, and other functional teams.
The 12-credit graduate certificate is designed as a standalone stackable credential. Credits can also be applied to the 30-credit M.B.A. Courses are offered online in an accelerated 8-week format.
