The certificate program in inclusion and equity in organizations covers the specific knowledge areas dealing with creating, managing, and sustaining an inclusive organizational workforce. Topics covered prepare students to be capable of designing a strategic plan to build and promote equity and inclusion in a variety of work environments.

The 12-credit graduate certificate is designed as a standalone stackable credential. Credits can also be applied to the 30-credit M.S. degree in Human Resource Management. Courses are offered online in an accelerated 8-week format.
